OWEN ENGINEERING, LLC provides professional civil engineering services for municipal and commercial clients in the Shreveport-Bossier area. 

Our expertise is in planning and design of bridges, streets and storm water drainage facilities, sewer and water utilities, site development, structural analyses, bridge load ratings, and working with floodplains, including LOMRs, LOMAs, NRCs, and physical map revisions.  

We are certified as a Small Economically Disadvantaged Business with the City of Shreveport's Fair Share Program, and are registered with Advantage Caddo as a small and emerging business.

We are celebrating our 13th year at our same location, the second floor of the historic Hunter Building (c. 1929), at the corner of Lake and Market in downtown Shreveport.
